Hicks should remain open to all owners, tenants, and guests. Limiting access to only hurts the community and property values. Reasonable transient limits are acceptable.
Focus on real security, not appearances. Use cameras, license-plate logs, and guest acknowledgements. Security should not block access for owners, tenants, or their guests.
